Today was the day I got my staples taken out. It was kind of cool to have the staples in my head. It would have made a great costume for Halloween. But I am happy to have them out.

Hi it's Adam. Thanks for all the kind words. I had a great day today and went to rock climbing. I'm kinda amazed that I feel so good so soon but I'll be careful not to worry.
